Mark of the Bear: When Mark Prey is cast while this Hunt is active, reduce target mitigation by 15%. When the Mark expires, the caster receives 15% increased mitigation for 10 seconds. Only one Hunt may be active at a time, and Hunts may not be activated while a Mark is currently active. |
